I think teams can be in teams, so should a bolt team contain beta and overlook?

hmm, no, of course github doesn't make it so easy
doing so would make overlook/betadots a child of the openbolt team, that's not what I want…

anyway, given the github org is overlook, I think listing overlook as the team is more correct here
